 Terms & Conditions of Membership You must accept the following before becoming a paid member of wholesale.uk.com. And by joining up as a paid member you agree with the following. a) 'Wholesale UK' provides an online directory service of uk wholesale web sites. Payment must be made in full before access can be granted and the price of membership may fluctuate from time to time. Payment can be made only by Paypal at this moment in time. b) There are no guarantees given that the information contained is always accurate or error free. c) You agree to use the information contained for your own personal use only. And not to use the directory to canvass/sell to any site listed. d) The wholesale.uk.com members area can only be accessed via the internet & we can't be held responsible for: 1) Server downtime, 2) ISP problems 3) Errors & Technical problems. 4) Any other act/glitch which prevents the site from being viewed. e) You agree not to hold us responsible for any financial interactions between you & any site listed in the directory. It is your sole responsibility to check the credentials of any site listed. f) No refunds can be given once you have logged into the members area with your user name and password. This is in compliance with The Consumer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations 2000, Sections 6.1 & 13.1 (a) - Exceptions to the right to cancel. g) Only the original purchaser can use the user name and password with which they where allocated. User names will be monitored to ensure that no sharing is taking place, and if evidence of sharing is found: 1) the account will be suspended immediately 2) The IP addresses will be banned. h) The wholesale offers posted on the site are accurate at the time of posting, but prices/stock cannot be guaranteed. Due the the fast paced nature of wholesaling. i) You agree not to copy any information contained in the members area. Anyone found to be doing this will have their accounts terminated. j) We may make amendments to these terms at any time, if we feel it necessary. |
